Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by high order volumes, postal service delays, or peak periods such as Christmas.
New Zealand Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Central New Plymouth delivery – Free
- Outer New Plymouth delivery – $10
- Taranaki Courier – $10
- North Island Courier – $15
- South Island Courier – $25
- Free shipping on orders over $350
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-4 business days from dispatch (please allow extra time for rural deliveries or unforeseen postal disruptions).
Local Delivery (New Plymouth)
- Free delivery for postcodes 4310 & 4312.
- Outer New Plymouth delivery fee: $10.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 8 AM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next business day.
- We will send a text message to the phone number provided at checkout to confirm your delivery time.
Australia Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Carton under 9 KG – $25.00
- Carton 9 – 18 KG – $50.00
- Carton 18 – 27 KG – $75.00
- Carton 27 – 36 KG – $100.00
- Carton 36 KG+ – $125.00
