Refund Policy
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot simply provide the purchased item as a replacement until the item sent comes back to us for evaluation. All items are photographed prior to being wrapped and shipped with the shipping ticket to match.
Restocking Fee
For returns due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking the item.
Exclusions
Certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional return conditions. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Items cannot be returned if the box is opened in any way or any foil has been used.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only full-priced items will be refunded. All sale items are final.
Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@allthingsfoil.co.nz. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item at your own cost. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the applicable restocking fee.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
